the “NAMASTA” the symbol and sign that we here in Nepal use in our day to day activities.NAMASTA is regarded as salutation to show the regards to our frens and elders.
its a very good approach to show respect.
we have different kinds of language for showing respect to elders ,very different then english language.
Yes, Biranjan, it is the same elsewhere in the East and South East. Sadly, as what is called civilization advances this sort of respect recedes.
